



Project Administration
As grantee, District Heights will manage the program to its sub-recipients, the property owners. District Heights will execute the selection and approval of the design architect, general contractor, cost estimator and anyone associated with delivering services to the project. All financial disbursements and reimbursements made in association to any aspect of the project will be under the control of District Heights. District Heights will submit regularly scheduled quarterly status reports as well as maintain all fiscal records. District Heights will oversee that all employment wage practices are followed in accordance with all federal regulations (Section 3, Davis-Bacon, job retention, MBE, MWBE), and ADA requirements).
