Priscilla Souto is the Executive Director of District Heights Family and Youth Services Center in Prince George's County.  She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland and Virginia as well as a National Certified Counselor.  She hold's a Master's Degree in Education focusing on Mental Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.  She completed her training at George Washington University Hospital-Psychiatric Unit and Community Counseling Center.

During the course of her career, she has focused on treating children, adolescents, and adults with a history of sexual trauma and severe mental illness.  Prior to coming to District Heights Family and Youth Services she worked at the Prince George's County Sexual Assault Center, the City of Alexandria and Marymount University.  Priscilla is a certified evidence based Brief Strategic Family Therapist and primarily provides family and individual counseling.  Also she has completed training in Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Kiaisha Barber is the Clinical Coordinator of District Heights Family and Youth Services Center's Children in Need of Supervision Program (CINS), which operates out of the Department of Juvenile Services in Upper Marlboro, MD.  Kiaisha received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington in Seattle and is currently licensed as a Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland.  She has worked as a therapist for children in foster care in the District of Columbia and as a school based clinician for children in Maryland.  She has been a certified evidenced based Brief Strategic Family Therapist since April 2009.   Also she has completed training in Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Diane Passero is a Family Therapist at District Heights Family and Youth Services in Prince George's County.  She received her Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in the state of Maryland.  Prior to her current position, Diane worked as a therapist for children with disabilities.  She is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society.  She also completed her internship at Bowie Youth and Family Services.  Diane is a certified evidence based Brief Strategic Family Therapist.  Also she has completed training in Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Beverly R. Sargent is a Therapist at District Heights Family and Youth Services in Prince George's County. She earned her Master's Degree in Counseling from Loyola University Maryland and is completing a Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from the same University. Beverly is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and is also nationally certified. Her training includes substance abuse recovery, play and sandtray therapies and grief and loss counseling. She also enjoys using creative interventions in cognitive behavioral therapy. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Creative Counseling, the Maryland Association for Counseling Development and the Association for Death Education and Counseling. She published her latest book, When My Daddy Died, February 2007.

Sana Lankford is a Therapist at District Heights Family and Youth Services in Prince George's County. She received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University. Sana previously worked in North Carolina as a therapist for children, adolescents, and adults with both mental health and substance abuse issues. She primarily uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy. Sana completed her internship at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Kentucky.  Currently, she is completing certification in Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Undine Hunt is the Administrative Assistant for District Heights Family and Youth Services.  Undine has over 10 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.  Prior to her employment at District Heights, she worked for the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture and the National League of Cities.

Undine is a thirty-year resident of Prince George's County.  She is the proud mother of two teen daughters, both of whom are honor roll students.  Her eldest daughter is a student at the Art Institute of Washington and her youngest is a student at Laboratory Institute of Merchandising.

Currently,  the District Heights Family and Youth Services Center has one Counseling Intern.  Internship placement is available, for more information please contact the Executive Director.

Stephen Ronnow is a clinical psychology student from The Institute for the Psychological Sciences graduate in May 2012.  Counseling interns recieved weekly individual and group supervision and are qualified to provided quality services to the youth and families we serve.
