Trash Collection

Regular trash pickup days are scheduled for every Monday and Thursday.

Bulk Trash Removal

For items that cannot be taken during regular trash pick up days, the Public Works Department offers bulk trash removal services. Every Wednesday, trash collection trucks are available to pick up large items such as couches and refrigerators. This service is provided by appointment only. In order to schedule removal of bulk trash, please call Burch Trash Service, Inc. at (301) 888-1900. Only requests received by Tuesday at 2pm will be eligible for pick up.

Recycling

The Public Works Department also offers recycling and multi material pick up on a weekly basis. Every Thursday our residents recycable items such as cans, plastic jugs, glass, and newspaper will be collected.
