City of District Heights Notice of a Proposed Real Property Tax Rate Increase

For the taxable year beginning July 1, 2024, the City of District Heights, Maryland proposes to increase real property tax rates from $0.687 per $100 of assessment to $0.692 per $100 of assessment. A public hearing on the proposed real property tax rate increase will be held at 7:00 PM on April 9, 2024 and April 23, 2024 at 2000 Marbury Drive, District Heights, Maryland, 20747.
