Passing of former Mayor, Dr. Carol D. Johnson

The City of District Heights is saddened by the sudden loss of former Mayor, Dr. Carol D. Johnson. Dr. Johnson served as Mayor from 2003-2006. She was a mother of two sons, a mother-in-law, a grandmother and a great grandmother.
