Anthony Tilghman
Commissioner, Ward 1, Liaison for Recreation Department 

Anthony Tilghman is an award-winning photographer, educator, mentor, & a published author with a substantial amount of experience in various industries including Photography, Marketing and Branding.

He serves his community as the Constituent Liaison for District 25 Delegate Nick Charles and as the Executive Director of MakeSmartCool, a nonprofit with a focus on empowering the youth, parents, teachers and community in becoming visionary educationists.

He also runs the Education Roundtable, an organization focused on accountability within the Prince George’s County school system.

Anthony Tilghman is committed to serving the residents of District Heights and collaborating with local leaders on solutions.
