Walk-in, in person, and telephone contact by the residents, activities logged and services rendered.

New Process

Rental Application will be provided on website for entry and submission then emailed to Recreation, Parks and Culture Department for processing. The completion of the transaction includes payments.
Access to use the City facilities for children under 18 years old, Recreation Activity Waiver Form For Children. Entry online and emailed to Department of Recreation.
Individual Wellness Profile for downloading and in-person presented to DH/RPC on visit.
New video and photo gallery for DH/RPC to display work products.
